Infosys:
It is a fantastic company with a good process defined and support for employees in the best way. It has a lot of learning processes where we can learn with the best tools and certifications.
It was a good experience. Learned a lot and supportive team and managers guide and work pressure is not that high. You get personal time and weekends off to balance life.
I would not suggest to anyone for joining Infosys BPM. This is just big name otherwise you will never learn new things because you always feel work pressure after that you'll never want to learn new things.
Pros
• Good Campus, • Transportation facilities with security, • Job security, • Lot of food varieties available, • Night shift security
Cons
• Less Salary • Micro-Management • Charges for every single facility e.i. Transportation, Parking, Gym, Insurance, training, etc. • Work Pressure • Minimum annual hike. 4 - 5% annually • No time Management
Wipro :
I have learned a lot in Wipro which would be helpful for my upcoming project and future life as well. Had a good experience working for Wipro. I would suggest it is a good organization for freshers to start up their career.
Work culture is good and cafeteria. WMG has to improve in allocating the employees to the right project with a matching skill set.

Easy to clear the interview. Work culture. Self Learning and Training are good.
Cons
WMG is not ready to give the project to your skillset until you put down papers.

3. Career :
- Job Stability: MNCs have bigger clients and long-running projects, which allows them to retain their employees for long period. Thus there's more job stability in MNCs than small companies having small and short duration projects.
- Job Perks: MNCs provides a lot of perks to their employees along with good salary as per the market standards. While small companies try to do cost-cutting by giving very least to null employee benefits and lesser salaries.
- Work-Life Balance: MNCs offer standard leaves and over-time compensations. Whereas for a small-scale company, this may vary.
- Career-growth: MNCs tend to have more employees, thus have usually bigger teams to work on a project. This allows employees to cross-skill and works on their career development.
